Shipping policy

Please note that the shipping option chosen at the checkout does not include the ordering time frame stated below as all our abayas are made to order.

Order processing time : 7-14 working days.
 

For orders that are needed urgently. Please send us an email before placing an order so that it can be confirmed whether the order can be fulfilled by the date that it is needed for. 
 

Bridal abayas are strictly non-refundable

We will not accept responsibility if there is insufficient/incorrect address information which leads to packages being returned.

International deliveries may be subjected to import VAT or customs duty, any such charges are the responsibility of the customer. Charges vary depending on your country, we advise that you contact the customs department in your country for more details.
