Refunds

Due to the nature of our business, no refunds are offered on any orders unless the order is defective . 

 

Please note that we reserve the right to reject refunds/exchange requests if we deem an item to be used and not in a resaleable condition, the customer will have to pay delivery fees for the item to be redelivered to them.

 

Do not send back products without emailing about a return/exchange. In this case you may be ineligible for a refund . 

 

Bridal abayas are strictly non refundable & cannot be exchanged

 

All exchange / refund questions should strictly be sent via email. 

 

Exchanges 
Items are eligible for an exchange no later than 5 working days from the date that the item has been received. Item must be unworn and still have its tags and packaging.
